That means no matter what random obscure Android device is being used to see your website it looks it’s best and it’s Calls to Action are visible and easy for your website visitors to find.

Why is it even more important now going into 2018?

It has been important for quite a while that websites have some way to deal with mobile users.

However, mobile users overtook desktop users in 2017 making it imperative that in 2018 you have set yourself up for success.

Users will not stick around on websites that are not useable. It is way to easy to click away.

Like with most things usability of technology should be at the forefront of every decision you make to market your service based business. People will not wait around they will find someone else who is keeping up with the industry and looking professional.

Status of the industry

There are a few things that the industry is doing to make responsive sites and mobile web viewing in general that you should be aware of.

Since most users view websites on a mobile device many are starting to design websites from the mobile perspective first then figuring out how it would look best on a desktop screen. This is a huge shift in the web design industry where it was always a given that users would come to websites on their computers.
